Delicious! I will eat here again.
I ordered the Carne Asada Super Quesadilla.
Next to a supermarket and laundry shop.
Has limited seating inside and outside.
Very simple not fancy but delicious!
I look forward to ordering other items on the menu.

Love their shrimp super burrito. And their Torta is not bad at all.

They need to work on chopping their onion a little thinner. I've had a few bites with big pieces of onions.

Nice hidden gem on the outskirts of San Mateo. Everyone has those nights where they crave Mexican food - it just happens. This place happened to be close to where my girlfriend and I were one night, so we decided to give this place a try. When we walked in, they were an hour from closing. The inside is small, and you can see the whole kitchen in the back. There is a salsa bar to the left of the counter with toppings and also pico de gallo.

We ordered the lengua and cabeza tacos, as well as a carne asada burrito. Both the tacos and the burrito were really good! The offcuts of meat were really juicy and tender in the tacos, and the salsas that went with them tasted really fresh. The burrito was a cheesy mess that was undoubtedly filling and delicious. We were both very satisfied with our meal and the quality of the food they produced for us.

Little shops often surprise me, and this was no exception. I loved the small and homey feel to this local restaurant, and if I'm ever in the area and craving Mexican food again I would for sure consider this as one of my top options!

Green salsa has a great lemon taste. Red salsa pictured was very hot and delicious but only for a trained tongue. Food was great all around... had veggie tacos, enchiladas, and huevos con chorizo

The first time I went there and ordered the super burrito/shrimp was sooo good. Huge prawns in every bite, lots of avocado-no extra charge was so juicy and tasty. The 2nd and 3rd time I ordered the same and although still tasty, not as good as that first order.  The prices are amazing for what you get. Very big portions.  I've since moved out of the area so I won't be ordering from them anymore, but I really miss the shrimp burritos for under $9.00.
